A touch of Floral Please?

Hi beautiful,

I’m sorry for neglecting my style posts for the longest time,  it’s mostly because I assumed that you enjoyed my ‘deep’ posts more. I also don’t think I’m the most stylish person, when compared to fashion bloggers who you can probably learn more from, but I received a comment this week requesting more style posts, and who am I to ignore. That was my cue to bring back style posts, and here’s the first one after several months. Hope you like it!

You’ve most likely seen this dress worn by  a lot of people on Instagram lately. Personally, I spent a lot of time drooling over the dress on the web, contemplating if I should get it or not, especially after seeing Kiitana do it justice. Just when I got over my dress crush, my awesome friend surprised me with it (Look at God!). The fact that she got the same dress in a different colour while we were on vacation made us go out, look cute and take pictures in our matching outfits. You know, just to utilise the purchase effectively.

The dress is a Bardot Florals Shirred Tulip Hem Dress (quite a mouthful), and although you can purchase it from various sites, I recommend this link.  I was too lazy to think about accessories when I wore the dress, that’s why it is paired with only a nice pair of light pink sandals from Forever21. If you are feeling more glam, you can wear a chunky necklace, bracelets with heels, and your look will be elevated.

There are two morals of the story; the first is to surround yourself with friends who randomly give you presents. I mean, what more could I ask for? Second moral lesson is that sometimes, you need to feel yourself enough to dress cute, hang out with a friend, and then take a couple of photos.

Thank you so much for reading. I appreciate you more than you know, and I wish you a beautiful day. Also, you can expect more style posts from now on. Don’t forget to like, and share your comments on these outfits below.

You can check out other style posts here.

Yours Truly….

p.s: It was so difficult coming up with a title for this post. How do all you bloggers do it? Also, shoutout to my sister for these amazing pictures.
