Hey there!
My previous post ended with me telling you about my fun weekend in Salerno/Almafi Coast. As promised, this post is a continuation of my weekly posts. After the weekend, it was back to school for me, which meant nothing that exciting happened, except the Wine tasting class organized by my school on Wednesday night. The class taught us basic etiquette for tasting and identifying different types of wine. Can you guess what the best part of the class was? Drinking the wine of course.
While walking from a site for my Art History class on Thursday morning, I saw this beautiful part of the Tiber river.
Talking about my Art class, it is probably my most interesting class, though all my classes are interesting. The class stands out more because lectures are outside the classroom, and we get to visit various sites in Rome weekly. I enjoy learning on locations, it makes the history part of the class less boring. Below are pictures of some of the sites we’ve visited in class.

On Thursday evening, a friend and I made plans to hang out by the Trevi fountain. We got there and guess what fountain wasn’t running that night? The Trevi hahaha, I hope the tourists weren’t too disappointed, the fountain was still a pretty sight.

On Saturday, I wandered Rome like a tourist. I had seen the city by living in it, but I wanted to explore and take pictures like a tourist would. I saw sights like the Colosseum and Pantheon again, Via Del Corso (a long street with lots of shopping), and Piazza Navona for the first time. It was a cute day with lots of walking. Rome is a beautiful city with plenty sights to see and history to learn. 4 months won’t be enough to explore it, but I’ll keep you updated as I continue to wander.

The video below is so adorable. It’s a random video I took of the scene at Piazza Navona. I felt real Italian strutting by with the music playing.
That’s the summary of week 5 and 6 in Rome. It also marks the end of my sixth week in school, which means mid-term exams are next week (boooo). I’ll be studying all weekend and taking exams during the week, so there won’t a blog post because it’s all boring stuff. At least, you already know what I’ll be up to, so don’t fret.
However, after mid-term exams comes mid-term break, and boy do I have an amazing week planned. The week will be full of travel, fun, and adventures you don’t want to miss. Do subscribe to the blog by entering your email on the right hand side. You’ll be notified when my next post is up, which will be a summary of my trip to an exciting European country.
Until then, have a great week/weekend. Also, let me know if you’re loving these updates.
Love,
